Orders can be placed online through our website or by phone 09 274 4448 if you would like to talk to someone in person.

All deliveries have a standard charge of NZD $7.00 New Zealand Nationwide only, unless otherwise stated.

New Zealand Delivery schedule

All orders are sent 1-2 days after ordering, or in the case of direct credit when payment is received the targeted courier times are below.

Please note we send with Courierpost and Castle Parcels couriers depending on the size and where your parcel is being delivered to. All Castle orders are signature required deliveries. If you do not wish your Castle delivery to be signature required please let us know and we can arrange this for you. Please note we are unable to send to a PO BOX address and can only send to a physical address.

We do our best to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition and well packaged. Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange goods if you change your mind or if they are delayed in transit beyond our control. However if you have received a faulty or wrong product or are concerned in regards to the delivery of your product please contact us and we will endeavour to remedy this immediately.
